Anyone know how to remove the blue dye from an ice pack off of your hands? Soap and water hasn't worked.?

My friend's refreezable ice pack leaked onto his hands and now his hands are stained with that blue dye. Does anyone know how to remove the stain from his skin? He's washed his hands several times with soap and water but it's not coming out. Thanks for your help!Anyone know how to remove the blue dye from an ice pack off of your hands? Have him try rinsing with isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol. That sometimes gets rid of ink stains.Anyone know how to remove the blue dye from an ice pack off of your hands? Soap and water hasn't worked.?
Try lemon juice, or some baking soda mixed with a tad bit of water to form a paste. Then scrub your hands with it. Lava brand soap may work, as well. Otherwise, try soaking your hands for a short while in a sink of warm water with a 1/2 cup of Clorox or Hilex bleach. Good Luck!

Shalimar
It may require a little lighter fluid. Then soap and water.
