The Deaf are not mute.





In America, signing goes with a lot of 'mouthing' and often some vocalising.





I suppose the soap could still go in the same place.
Just because Deaf people do not speak, it does not mean they are mute! They just speak differently, with a visual language rather than an auditory one like we do.
