How much time should you take to wash your hands and how much soap should you use?

For everyday living, how much time do you need to spend rubbing the soap on your hands and how much should you use?How much time should you take to wash your hands and how much soap should you use?
Here goes:





1) rinse hands under water until wet


2) add soap, enough for a good lather (it will vary depending on the soap)


3) rub hands together and don't forget the area between the first finger and thumb and the fingertips and between fingers. How long to rub them? Long enough to sing ';happy birthday';


4)Rinse hands beginning at the wrist down, so the dirty water runs down and away from the newly rinsed area.


5) Pat hands dry.
