Handwashing. Instant sanitizer should only be used when soap is not available.Which is the best way to cleanse your hands of bacteria, instant hand sanitizer or antibacterial soap?
Regular soap and water. Use the hottest water possible, and wash for at least 20 seconds.
Sanitizers, and antibacterial soaps force the bacteria to evolve to survive, and thats how we get things like MRSA and VRSA.
If for some reason you MUST use sanitizers or anti-bacterials, such as in food service, or health-care, antibacterial soap should always be used unless it's unavailable, or clean running water is unavailable.Which is the best way to cleanse your hands of bacteria, instant hand sanitizer or antibacterial soap?
neither. use bleach. just make sure to wash your hands with water afterwards. I know it sounds silly but a lot of people forget to do that and they walk around all day with bleached hands.
