my mom just resently got me mary kay body wash it works better than dish soap or hand soap!!

There is a soap by Ahava it's a mud soap. But it smells really good and keeps the moisture in you're skin if you wash you're hands alot!
A moisturizing soap made for babies would be ultra mild as would Neutrogena. I assume that you're getting professional help with your OCD and not just trying to find a mild soap for the symptoms!! : /
A Moisturizing One So it Doesn't Matter How Many Times You Wash Your Hands They Are Still Soft And Undamaged. i Used To Use A Honey And Milk One And it Smelt Amazing :)
