Which one's pH's value is higher- soap, or hand sanitizer's?

In general which one's value is higher and whats their values. I know that the value of soap is around 9 but dont know about hand sanitizer.Which one's pH's value is higher- soap, or hand sanitizer's?
Most hand sanitizers use alcohol as a sterilant, so unless there's something in them to make them more alkaline, the pH should be pretty close to neutral -- 7. That would mean that soaps have the higher pH.Which one's pH's value is higher- soap, or hand sanitizer's?
The pH value of soap is higher than the hand sanitizer because soap consists of base(pH %26gt; 7) while the hand sanitizer contains alcohol(somewhat acidic, pH %26lt; 7).
