If there is a bathroom without soap, would it be better to wash your hands with water or not at all?

and why.

(given that you do not have hand sanitizer)If there is a bathroom without soap, would it be better to wash your hands with water or not at all?
go ahead and wash without soap. most of the benefit comes from the mechanical action of washing and rinsing. the soap just helps make the dirt and germs suspend in the water so they can be rinsed away.If there is a bathroom without soap, would it be better to wash your hands with water or not at all?
You should use water.Hot water as hot as you can stand it. Hot water can kill bacteria depending on the temperature and also if its not hot a high heat temp, a little hot water can loosen the substance on your hand.If the water gets on your hands with no soap and it could possibly slide off whatever is on your hands. If there is paper towels in the restroom wet your hands then dry them off with a paper towel the substance could come off your hands in the paper towel as well. If there is no paper towels then you should just let your hands air dry. You may want to carry a hand bottle of sanitizer. what if someone who was making your food was your position?
Water. Well soap just helps water get the germs off and certainly warm water must help clean your hands just not as well as with soap.
Hot water for at least 20 seconds, with soap would be best, but hot water would kill some germs.
