Is soap needed to clean oil off hands or can water alone do that?

dawn dish soap works great for thisIs soap needed to clean oil off hands or can water alone do that?
If your just going to use water... it'll only come off if you wipe your hands throughly with a hand towel or something (oil repels water - so the towel will soak it up?). Otherwise, yeah - use soap.Is soap needed to clean oil off hands or can water alone do that?
a mix of equal parts of corn meal and powdered laundry detergent is great and cheap- mix up a batch and store in a closed jar.
Solvol soap is great for that sort of thing. It is a hard scratchy soap that works a treat. :)
you need soap, water doesnt break down fats/oils
