Turn water on, dispense soap put hands under water.
Water, so the soap lathers better.
the water lol if you havent noticed soap is pretty hard to get on your hands when its dry
Soap - unless my hands are covered in muck/soil or whatever, then water first. P.S. it could be to do with the fact that I use liquid soap!
