If you think about it.... aren't there germs all over it that you're spreading on your hands?Is soap REALLY sanitary after lots of people with dirty hands touch it?
Toilet soap out of the wrapper is clean, but not sanitary. Soap will assist water in penetrating dirt and emulsifying skin oils. Some soaps have chemicals added for anti bacterial properties, but they usually will not do damage to all bacteria. Soap will get hands clean and thereby reduce the amount of germs, and other detritus on the skin.
