Soap vs. Purell? Which is more effective for sanitizing hands?

they are about the same,but purrell is actually a little more effective,if the hands are not soiled(wet) and you must rub your hands together until your hands are dry.





handwashing is for if your hands are soiled(wet) has something on them,and is almost as effective as purrell
